When owner Christine Baker, former RN nurse, wanted to stay home with her children 34 years ago, Stonehedge Boarding Kennel was created. Christine’s children have grown up now, but they are still involved in the kennel business, as are her grandchildren. The whole family takes pride in seeing that your pet is given the care and attention he or she needs in a clean and safe environment.

Christine and John’s daughter Andrea has been greatly involved in managing the day to day operations of the kennel over the past three years. Andrea has her As. Sc. Degree in Dental Hygiene and been in practice for 8 years as well as a Dental Hygiene Clinical and Theory Instructor for 3 years.

Andrea has personally owned a cat and dog for 8 years. She grew up helping her mom at the kennel for many years. She loves helping people and their animals have a care-free vacation, by treating each animal individually and caring for their needs with lots of love and attention.

Both Christine and Andrea have a disciplined medical background that they bring to the business of caring for pets in a clean and safe environment.
